By downloading or using AllSafe, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Important safety notice: AllSafe is a supplementary tool to help families stay in contact during emergencies. It is not a replacement for official Pikud HaOref (Home Front Command) alerts, sirens, or emergency services. In an emergency, always follow official instructions and dial 100 (Police), 101 (Magen David Adom), or 102 (Fire & Rescue) as needed.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AllSafe. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AllSafe to:

Upload or share offensive, abusive, threatening, or objectionable content — including as a display name, group name, or profile photo
Impersonate another person
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
Use the app for any commercial or advertising purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (display name, profile photo, group name). By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to your family group for the purpose of operating the app. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

AllSafe is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We make no warranty that the app will be available at all times, especially during major emergencies when network infrastructure may be affected.
Alert detection depends on GPS accuracy, network connectivity, and the timeliness of data from Pikud HaOref. We cannot guarantee alerts will always reach you or be accurate.
We are not liable for any harm arising from reliance on AllSafe as a sole source of emergency information.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter abusive content or behaviour within the app, please contact us at flyntlockx100@gmail.com. We will review reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
